Phase 1 - Define

The DEFINE phase is designed to understand your needs, establish trust in our new working relationship, and provide you with the tools to thoroughly assess our company’s fitness for your project.

Phase 2 - PreConstruction

By the PRECONSRUCTION phase, you will feel comfortable and confident in your selection of GreenTex Builders as your advocate and green building expert.

Phase 3 - Schedule

The SCHEDULE phase begins at the conclusion of the Pre-Construction Services Agreement. In this phase we establish the timeline for your project.

Phase 4 - Build

The BUILD phase means that it’s time to break ground!

Phase 5 - Wrap-up

The WRAP-UP phase marks the conclusion of the project. In this phase we audit the job to ensure your satisfaction. This phase also includes 3rd party verification of specific green home elements.
